wonderful design helpful staff constant noise worn appearance

the rooms are wonderfully designed so peaceful. it is perfect for relaxation. neelum is very professional, helpful and KIND.

the room i received did not MATCH the quality depicted in the online photos. our studio apartment was adjacent to the service elevator and storage room. this led to constant noise.

Awesome stay with amazing staff!

modern gym equipment huge buffet great staff

I must say, the gym here has everything you need. I found three treadmills and two stationary bikes available. the breakfast buffet is huge! It includes a very good variety of selections. The staff always do their best to make you happy, and that's a plus.

I found the reception and concierge staff good. Imane and her team cared for me well. They remained very polite and helpful . The hotel provided a free upgrade, for which I was very grateful.

The hotel is located somewhat away from main attractions.

my room was big. it has comfy beds. i liked the facilities a lot. a big swimming pool was there for me.

the hotel was a bit outdated. i see some problems with the breakfast buffet. no usb charger for my phones are available. no playground is available for kids.
